Meals from the Torch of Faith Practical Care Team

If you are a member of Torch of Faith, our Practical Care Team would love to serve you! If you have just added a new member to your family, discharged from the hospital, suffering from an illness or having lost a loved one, please let us know. We would love to minister to you and your family through prayer, encouragement and preparing you a meal. Provides:  Financial assistance with rent, utilities, help with meds, and provides diapers and various other needs.

Provides: Food/Personal Hygiene /Toiletries/Clothing

Please bring with you a valid I.D. (driver license, state i.d.) and proof of residency (address on driver license utility bill or lease contract).  We will require a one page form to be filled out that is called, A Declaration In Need Form.

Individuals are provided one box of food per month along with requests for personal hygiene products.

Clients of PLAN are allowed to come in for bread and bakery and clothes anytime.  The box of food is given only once per month per client.

Provides: The Compassion Team is designed to reach out in many ways, from helping families find the resources they need such as, food, clothing, medical and dental assistance, help with utilities, transportation, and even special groups like Living Hope that aim to help teen mothers. Willow Creek is a little bit of a drive, but they offer great resources and other assistance programs you may benefit from, you should pay them a visit.
